Editorial: Planting seeds - Reform Magazine

I have been planting seeds for the first time in years. My wife grows beautiful flowers that make our garden a paradise, but I figure there are a few gaps between them and on the kitchen sill for something a bit more edible. Coriander, rocket, oregano, broccoli, dill.

I don’t have great confidence in the results. I haven’t got a good record growing things. But I’ve decided they’ll stand a significantly better chance of growing if I plant them than if I don’t. We shall see.

It can be hard to believe in growth, especially when year after year you’ve planted and watered and seen nothing worthy of a salad…
